In mid-November, the official signing of a long-term lease agreement took place. Parts of our works railway will therefore also be used by <a href=\"https:\/\/xn--svt-grlitz-icb.de\/de\/\">SVT G\u00f6rlitz gGmbH<\/a> in the future. The move to Arevipharma took place because, unfortunately, the current accommodation in Dresden for the train, also known as the &#8220;GDR ICE&#8221;, could no longer be extended. To support the railway enthusiasts of <a href=\"https:\/\/xn--svt-grlitz-icb.de\/de\/\">SVT G\u00f6rlitz gGmbH<\/a> in this impressive restoration project, areas on the site were made available, which will now be used for the construction of a locomotive shed with the necessary track connections. The official relocation of the train is expected to take place in spring 2025.     <\/p>\n<p>MDR television also reported on the signing.
